Who are our superheroes?

When you're counting on someone to do important work on your behalf, it's good to know a little bit about them. There are three of us at the heart of Providore and we're backed by more than 200 highly trained, experienced and qualified temporary staff, all with comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality and food service industry.

For reasons of space we can't introduce everyone here, but we can say that we have full confidence in their professional abilities – that's why they were chosen to work for us. At the nucleus are...

Shona Greer

Owner + Director

Shona has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, in particular administrational and operational catering. Over the past 15 years she has managed a large and diverse temporary placement agency in Auckland, covering all aspects of the hospitality industry. She loves the work and all it entails, and her greatest satisfaction comes from giving her clients something very precious at: peace of mind.

Billy Statham

Chef Team Consulant

After many years based in the US, Billy has returned to New Zealand and the hospitality industry armed with a goal to put together a team of flexible, capable and experienced chefs to meet the needs of clients. Billy has worked for many years in Executive level Chef positions in the hotel industry, and has since used his experience in the capacity of Chef Consultant, Branch Secretary for NZ Chefs Association and in the running of his own catering businesses.

Rochelle Greer

Consultant

Rochelle joins the company with a background in recruitment, human resources and training both in the hospitality and corporate industries. Her main focus is to maintain our high standards by providing ongoing training to staff and ensuring our staff match the requirements of our clients for each assignment, as well as monitoring service levels at events and assignments and contacting clients for feedback.
